Gentel Electricals Pvt.Ltd was founded in 2014 Company. We are an Electricals Panels Manufacturers and Electrica ls Items Trading company dealing in various Industrial Sectors filed for Service Level to Turn Key Projects.

We have continuously raised our performance towards regular research and development . Our excellency in-service support has created milestones one after another with the support of our valuable clients and achieved tremendous respect in the industry and known as Specialization of DG Automation Panel, ATS Panel,Stater Panel,and Data handling applications to loT-based applications . 

GEPL has a very strong quality control system, committed by every team member. All the products go through many stages of rigorous testing. In the first stage the raw materials including switchgear are tested. Second-stage inspection is carried in further five steps, so that every minor/major problem is eliminated. Third-final testing is carried out thoroughly with all calibrated instruments/gauges. 

The testing is done, as per harmonized national standards. Each door is made out of wrinkle free sheet & cutouts are made in fabrication stage only, to avoid life reduction of paint film. Each door is provided with concealed hinge, neoprene gasket. Fabrication is done with gauge controlled shearing & bending, and regular punching is done to provide cross punched channel for fitting of heavy components. 

The testing is done as per standards including IS: 8623 part 1, IS: 8623 part 2. We have Type tested our panels for supreme degree of protection through tests such as – IP 53 tests, temperature rise tests, and short circuit current withstanding tests at various laboratories in India. Moreover, our panels are also CPRI tested and approved.
